Important Update Regarding Your Order's Shipping

Due to our current operational situation, we are unable to guarantee a tracking number for all orders. We apologize for the inconvenience and are aiming to fix this problem that you may face. Thank you!

While we cannot offer an exact timeline, we can provide an estimated shipping window based on our current averages. We expect your order to ship within 1 to 3 days, though in some cases, it may take up to 4-7 days. Some items may have the label "(Preorder" in the title. These items will be shipped separately from non-preorder items and will not have a guaranteed delivery date. They could take a couple of weeks up to months

We will notify you as soon as your package has been shipped and delivered. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

 

If your package was delivered with any missing items that are not sold individually, we require that you must report this within 7 days after delivery. We will not be responsible for any reports after this timeframe.
